LiveSimply - Events

As we journey to LiveSimply we will have events supporting our aims: living simply; living in solidarity with people in poverty and living sustainably with creation.
Nearly New Fashion Show
Thank You!
Thank you to everyone who helped to make our Fashion show such a success! You helped to make it a really enjoyable afternoon and we are delighted to have raised £1444 for Mary’s meals.
Our models and our helpers were all fantastic and we are grateful to everyone who donated items for sale. Our guests enjoyed their sparkling cream tea and were really generous with their bids and purchases. Thanks also to everyone who couldn't attend but still contributed.
It really does support our Live simply aims –
- living simply and sustainably by choosing to reuse rather that to buy new and
- in solidarity with others by raising funds for Mary’s meals and donating some of our items that haven’t been sold, to Asylum link, Nugent and Jospice.
It’s always fantastic to see our parish community of all ages coming together to support the event and to have fun.
Thank you once again and we are looking forward to our Spring event!
