LIVESIMPLY CAFOD FIX THE FOOD SYSTEM LETTER SIGNING

CAFOD volunteer and Bishop Eton parishioner, Pauline Cook, raised awareness of the Seeds for All message (part of the wider Fix the Food System campaign) during the Family Mass on Sunday 16 July.

The childrens’ liturgy, a tailored bidding prayer and a short talk at the end of Mass by Pauline were all on this theme. All parishioners were asked to support the campaign by signing ‘Salina’s letter’. In fact two letters were ‘signed up’, one by the children in Little Church and one by the adults leaving Mass.

CAFOD works across the world to bring hope and compassion to poor communities, standing side by side with them to end poverty and injustice.
