Sent to Proclaim the Gospel

A new book by Fr Jim McManus, C.SsR. I read this on my free day last week and it is a little gem of a book, offering all of us, but especially the laity, practical insights into how we are all called to share the mission of the Church. I highly recommend it, especially in the light of the forthcoming Synod. It is published by Redemptorist Publications and retails at £12.95, but if there are enough wanting copies, I am sure we can do a deal with RP.

Please let Hayley in the office know if you want us to order a copy for you.

Confrere's Birthdays

This Sunday, Fr Barrie O’Toole and Bro William share a birthday. We wish them both every blessing and good wish. Likewise, to Fr Brian Russell, who is 79 next Saturday.
