Second, Third or Fourth Friday in the Month in the lounge (entrance through the arches gates) with toast and toasted teacakes. Nominal donation - for church funds.

All are welcome.

Mossley Hill Church, 10am – 12.00pm

CAMEO (come and meet each other) Baby and Toddler’s group resume at Mossley Hill Church centre on a Friday morning during term time, with Playtime, Refreshments and Story time. All pre-school children with parents or carers welcome.

SUNDAY - 27TH SEPTEMBER 

“TIME TO ACT” WALK OF WITNESS:

  Liverpool Cathedrals 3pm – 5.30pm  (Meet at the Metropolitan Cathedral)

Join Church Leaders in Liverpool as part of the Time to Act Campaign, We will walk between the two cathedrals as we take action and pray for a just peace for all who call the Holy Land home. Concluding with a panel discussion with guest speaker Daoud Nasser from Tent of Nations:

3pm Choral Evening Prayer at Liverpool Metroplitan Cathedral – 4pm Walk of Witness along Hope Street, 4.45pm Panel presentation in the Lady Chapel, Liverpool Cathedral.

TUESDAY TEA AND TOAST 

St Anthony of Padua 9.30am- 12 noon

All welcome, Join us for a relaxing morning of bingo, chat, laughter, tea, toast, and plenty of fun. Everyone is welcome. Whether you come on two legs or four, you'll find a friendly face waiting for you! So why not come along, make new friends, catch up with old ones, and enjoy some good company?

TOTS & CO:  

Allerton URC Church Hall , 9.30am – 11.30am

Allerton URC's Toddler Group, TOTS &Co, is a friendly carer and toddler group and we meet every Tuesday morning during the school term. There are toys, books, dressing-up costumes & puzzles and we offer a craft activity and singing during most of the sessions. We charge £2 for each child which includes refreshments of tea and coffee for the adults, and juice and biscuits for the children. If our numbers are exceeded, we will introduce a waiting list.

Little Fishes resume, this  is a lively, friendly group for parents, carers, grandparents, etc and their child (0-4 years). We meet once a week from 9.45am – 11.45am in the church hall. Email  for more info

All are welcome to join us  as we resume following the Summer break. 

Door Open at 12 noon, arrive early as tea and coffee will now be served before the service.

Mossley Hill Church  – 1.45pm – 3.30pm

We meet each Tuesday afternoon (Except 5th, 12 and 19th August) in Mossley Hill coffee bar at 1.45 - 3.30 pm.  Refreshments served.  Join in the church’s projects or work on your own. £1 per session.

HARVEST CRAFTS AND GAMES:

 Elm Hall Drive – 3.45pm – 5.15pm

Come and have fun as we give thanks for the harvest that gives us food. For accompanied children ages 3-11years.

 Try a range of crafts, play some games, write a prayer for EHD’s Harvest Festival.   Snack and drink provided, Free, No need to book.

MONDAY 12TH OCTOBER

CTMH WALKING GROUP – FORMBY

Meet: meet at Central Station by 10:30 to catch the 10.32 train towards Southport .

Description: Arrive in Formby at 11.01 and walk to Holy Trinity church (Anglican) where we can get a cup of tea and a tour of the church. Walk then includes the grounds of Our Lady of Compassion church (RC). Eventually reach St. Peter's church, Formby (Anglican) - we can eat our sandwiches in church hall.

People can than get a train back from Freshfield Station or continue to walk back to Formby Village and Station.

Bring: Travel Pass, Phone, change or a bank card to make a donation for tea/coffee at the two churches where people are very welcoming.

A One-Day Conference for Children & Youth Workers, Volunteers & Clergy 


Hosted by Revd Mary Hawes, Revd Rachel Archer, Revd Lizzie Holland, and Sue Mitchell, the conference explores lessons from the past and what they mean for the future of youth ministry. It features keynote contributions and practical workshops from Ali Campbell (Director of Paraklesis), Nick Harding (Author of various children’s ministry books), Dr Ann Casson (senior researcher in faith and schools) and Dr Sarah Holmes (researcher and lecturer in children’s spirituality) and others – alongside Bishop Ruth of Liverpool chairing the afternoon panel. £10 per delegate
