Father Tim has asked that during the challenging times ahead, let us become a community of prayer.
At 7pm each evening, the priests and brothers of the Redemptorist community at Bishop Eton invite you to join them in prayer. This means that the families of Bishop Eton and St Mary’s can stay united through the days and months ahead.

WEEK OF PRAYER FOR CHRISTIANS UNITY
The Week of Prayer for Christian Unity in 2021 has been prepared by the Monastic Community of Grandchamp in Switzerland. The theme that was chosen, “Abide in my love and you shall bear much fruit”, is based on John 15:1-17 and expresses Grandchamp Community’s vocation to prayer, reconciliation and unity in the Church and the human family.

FISH WITH MARK
God Speaks in our Time – reflections on our journey through Mark’s Gospel are available to view at www.godwhospeaks2020.org.uk . Voices from the Archdiocese share what has struck them in the Gospel of Mark as we follow the Lectionary for Year B, and prompt us to delve deeper.
ECHOES OF GOD
A 7 week look at Old and New Testament Scripture on Mondays at 7-8pm on Zoom starting on 18 January. Using David McLoughlin’s scripture sessions that start with Exodus and end with St Paul’s Letters, an opportunity to read, reflect and share facilitated by Pastoral Associates.

FEAST OF BLESSED PETER DONDERS CSSR
The 14th January is the Feast of the Redemptorist Blessed Peter Donders CSsR, who worked withe the lepers of Surinam before contracting the disease himself. The Drama Displayed: A Journey of Salvation
The Drama Displayed: A Journey of Salvation A free series of online talks offered by the Christian Heritage Centre at Stonyhurst.
A range of excellent speakers will examine the key moments of salvation history, with the aid of great works of art. At 7:30pm every second Thursday, from 14th January to 25th March. The next talk takes place on the 28th January
