Project Zimbabwe

Bishop Eton in partnership with our Redemptorist friends in Tafara and Mavuku, Harare.

Our aims are

  • Prayer           

   to pray regularly for the beautiful country and people of Zimbabwe.

  • Awareness      

to display in the Church and the Hall, words and pictures reminding us of the Redemptorists in Zimbabwe.

  • Raising money for Zimbabwe. 

to make a commitment that when we hold parish events we try and raise money for the people in the townships served by the Redemptorists.

As of October 2009 £30,445.2 has been sent to the Redemptorists in Zimbabwe. Thank you to everybody who has supported this project. 

Half Marathon

Zimbabwe Half Marathon Appeal. Thirteen competitors completed the course on March 29th 2009 in under two hours. They  have raised a remarkable total of £5,045.53 for Zimbabwe.
