Meet for coffee and a chat with friends

TODDLER GROUP  All Hallows: 9:30am

A new Toddler Group meeting in the All Hallows Centre, small hall, come along for fun, games, singing, art, refreshments and more… no need to book, we look forward to seeing you there!  Refreshment help required, if don’t have a toddler but want to be part of this ministry we’d like to have a rota of people to prepare the refreshments for the children and adults each week.  Please contact Nicola This email address is being protected from spambots. Friday Night is FILM NIGHT – Elm Hall Drive 7.00 for 7.30pm start

Join us to find clothes, shoes, handbags, belts, and jewellery and grab a bargain. Refreshments available and admission is free.

CREDIT UNION and RIVERSIDE’S FLOATING SUPPORT

Every Tuesday at St Barnabas 10.30am - Noon

St Barnabas Church host a Lodge Lane Credit Union drop-in service in the church.  A full range of Credit Union services is available.

There is also a drop-in support service, run by the Riverside Housing Floating Support Team which promotes the wellbeing and independence of vulnerable people in Liverpool.   Advice on matters such as, budgeting, debt management, accessing benefits and finding/sustaining accommodation is available.

Tea and coffee is available between 10.30am and noon.

Wednesday  29th May

LUNCH CLUB – Elm Hall Drive Methodist – Noon – 1.45pm

We extend a warm welcome to anyone who would like to join our happy group. 

We meet each Wednesday at Elm Hall Drive Church for a freshly cooked two-course meal, followed by tea and cake, for £3.

Friends can, of course, sit together - but we would want to get to know you too!

“The Architect Sir Giles Gilbert Scott”

St Mary and St Cyril Coptic Orthodox Church, Stoneycroft, 7.00pm

A talk by Father Peter Farrington, on the Architect of St Mary and St Cyril,  Giles Gilbert Scott, who at the time the Stoneycroft church was built had been appointed to design Liverpool’s Anglican Cathedral.  Venue St Mary and St Cyril Coptic Orthodox Church, (formerly St Paul’s)  Derby Lane,  Stoneycroft, L13 3DJ.    Free Admission.

Summer Fair Fun Day – Mossley Hill Parish Church 2pm-4pm

Come along and enjoy an afternoon of fun together with a BBQ, tea and
scones, ice lollies, games and lots of stall.
We are asking for donations for the following stalls: rafe, tombola, bottle, cakes, jams
and chutneys, unused or nearly new childrens toys and books.  Admission 50p 

Sunday 9th June 

       Two Cathedrals Pentecost Celebrations  3.00pm – 5.00pm

This Year’s Celebrations will start at the Metropolitan Cathedral with a service at 3pm. From there people are invited to make their own pilgrimage to Liverpool Cathedrall while Church Leaders will also be available for a chat after the service on the plaza at the Met.  At Liverpool Cathedral there will be an informal Taizé style service beginning at 4:30pm.

As people make their own way to Liverpool Cathedral,  they are invited to pray in various places along the way.
