- Fr Jimmy Smale has returned from Gibraltar in fine form, having thoroughly enjoyed his break in superb weather. Speaking of Gibraltar, please keep Bishop Ralph in your prayers. He is due to go to Rome this week for his ad limina. This is the occasion when a bishop meets the Pope and reports on the state of his diocese. The ad limina apostolorum refers to the tradition of praying at the tombs of the apostles, Peter and Paul. He did manage to get his written report in, albeit a day or two late!
- Gerry Carroll’s father, Hugh, has died and his funeral was last Monday in Motherwell. Fr Jim Casey kindly represented the community at the Requiem, where there was a packed church.
- Gerry, Peter and Charles continue to do well in Clapham. Please keep them, Dan Weston and all those showing interest in our life and work in your prayers.
- Redemptorist cards with details of the website and email addresses are available in Church.
