Challenge 8 - Eat Simply and feel hunger:

Next Friday (6th March) is the CAFOD Lent Family Fast Day, when we are challenged to “live in solidarity with the poor.”

Will you purposefully eat less at one or more meal-times during that day, so you feel what it is actually like to be hungry?

Will you then back that up by placing what you save in to the envelope supplied to help CAFOD’s work with people who endure hunger every day? 

(Envelopes should be brought to Mass on the 8th March and put in with the collection.)
